There are no special assessments for the association.
The Association has a professional Reserve Study and is following all capital repairs & replacement schedules for such items as roofs & exterior maintenance.
The Association adopts Annual Operating & Capital Budgets. The Association is annually funding its Reserves as prescribed by state law.
